We have been a family owned and operated farm since 1796, recognized by the State of Delaware as one of few remaining Centennial Farms in the First State. With the milk from our herd of Jersey Cows, we make our own ice cream and fudge to sell to the public. Our ice cream is sold in our retail stand on the farm called "The Creamery" (open seasonally), to restaurants at wholesale, and also within our year-round Ice Cream Catering division.
