She is a true slum lord. All of her properties are dilapidated. She puts no money into the building or property and rent should be free to stay there cuz you couldn't pay me to stay in one of them. She should be ashamed because she is so rich and her company's income is 171,000 and she has one employee, herself.....she's also a member of the huge Pentecostal church by the freeway. This makes me think much less of those people .
