Check cab.ca.gov for "Citations" using License # C11101 and you will find what a truly arrogant asshole this individual is. This so-called Architect STOLE $6,000.00 from my wife & I to draw plans which after he was paid $6,000.00 cash...failed to provide his Signature & Stamp yet sent us another bill for an additional $2099.00 for work we didn't request AND then wrote this...Your plans will NEVER be approved until I receive the additional $2,099.00. Liar, Greedy & Dishonest! Steer Clear from MR. RIP-OFF!
