Hired this firm to handle my real estate closing, the real estate paralegal was extremely rude and never helped me. Every time I called to get information on my closing she would tell me she couldn’t speak to me because she was working on closings taking place before mine. This was her excuse every time I called. I don’t care how many closings this office has, when a client calls over and over and is paying for the service you help them, you don’t keep giving excuses as to why you can’t do your job. This office was extremely unprofessional.
