I was very disappointed with my transaction with this company we purchased a low mileage heavy duty tow truck from them for $58,000 the truck was to be in complete working order. It was shipped to our company when it arrived the vehicle would not start due to bad batteries and alternator which was not a real big issue. When we attempted to operate the wrecker body most functions would barely move and it was unable to even pickup an empty vehicle to tow, it was determined that it had a bad hydraulic pump. Jim and Lori were both contacted by phone ,text, and emails I did not expect them to pay for all the repairs but I did ask them to reimburse me for the cost of the hydraulic pump. They would not respond in anyway. Jim as well advertised the vehicle as a 55,000 GVW. when it arrived it was only 50,400 GVW.
