The sale included all physical assets, inventory, manufacturing and converting equipment as well as intellectual property including patents, copyrights, and trademarks. The primary product line manufactured by International Foam was called Xpander Pak®, A foam expansion mailer that doesn’t use harmful chemicals to expand. All manufacturing equipment to make the Xpander Pak® mailers has been moved to Thermal Shields® new corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. Some former employees have also been given employment at Thermal Shield.
