Not a fan of Chuck Tufano. Unfortunately, because of him, the work environment is abusive. He lies to his employees, to his customers, and is quite possibly the worst manager all of his employees have ever had. He is not a leader, though fancies himself to be one of the best managers of any corporation. He regularly humiliates his employees, blames them for issues he himself creates, and threatens them with termination. Before you consider working for this man, consider this, in the time he's owned the company, there has been nearly a 100% turnover rate for PAC. He has a history of instability dating back to his days at Unisource. He was let go from there in a buy out, and those who had the displeasure if working with him there were not sad to see him go. He's been sued at least once while at PAC for disclosing an employee's health issue to other employees. There are probably others not easily found on the internet because it appears as though the net has been mostly scrubbed clean of his reputation.
