HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!! Please contact me before entering into ANY contract with this company. No final documents signed and now they have NOT returned phone calls or text messages for repairs that they have been aware of since November 2022. (I moved into the home May 2022). I was told he has been in this business building about 2 homes a year for 50 years. 'We are not going anywhere" when I asked about post-construction warranty. ''We stand behind are work and will always be available as things come up". Not true. Completely "ghosted". My "dream home" turned into literal nightmare building with this company. DO YOUR RESEARCH. ASK FOR CONTACTS OF PREVIOUS PROJECT BUILDS. MAKE SURE THE LIST IS COMPLETE AND CONTACT THEM ALL. ASK IF THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN TOTAL, OR IF THEY HAD TO HAVE OTHER CONTRACTORS COME IN FOR COMPLETION. Do not be swayed by the grandfatherly, Christian man. Do the research to find the truth behind this company.
