To get clock repaired, it has to be dropped of at an antique shop in Katy so I Took my clock in; was told it would be 6 weeks for the repair to be done but I would get a call with a quote before the work was started. 6 weeks passed, no call. 8 weeks passed-no call. I called his number, left message after message, no call returned. Returned to the antique shop; the lady there said she had no way of contacting Mr Schiller, he came once a week to pick up/drop off clocks and was told to leave a message, she d hand it to him when he came for his weekly rounds. Did that 3 times-NEVER got a call. Finally, after 10 weeks, got a msg that the clock was ready; never had the quote or even a chance to speak to the repairman. Picked up the clock; was repaired and works fine. However, there was no price on the bill so that SAME lady that told me she didn t have any way to call Mr. Schiller when I was trying to reach him picked up the phone, CALLED HIM, and found out how much I owed him. Isn t it amazing that suddenly she was able to contact him when money was involved but had NO way to reach him when I needed to talk to him? The repair was good, the clock works fine. If you don t mind waiting a long time and being ignored, then this is the guy for you. But the customer service on the part of Mr Schiller and the antique shop saleslady sucks as far as communication.
