I had to write this review to show my frustration with dealing woth this company. I found this company through a web search because I needed a specialty drill bit. I called and asked to speak with a tech and the lady said "I'll try to help you". That surprised me, since most businesses say "How can I help you?" We proceeded to place my order and get my payment info. Then the lady says goodbye. I say" Wait, what is my total?" She says she doesn't know and that I will see it on my credit card statement. I then insist on a total and she says it will be somewhere around $55-$60 bucks (My order had to be at least $50). I then ask when should I expect delivery? She says "I don't know". We go back and forth a bit and she gets more and more irritated. I give up and say OK. I assumed it would be 5 day ground shipment. A week and a half goes by and no drill bits have arrived at my home. I then call them to inquire and they take my info and say they will call me right back. Well 4 hours and 3 more phone calls later, a lady tells me that my drill bits have not shipped. I say "WHAT???, You guys have already billed my card a week and a half ago. Why wasn't it shipped"? She says I don't know, do you want me to cancel the order or what? Do you still need the bits?" I say, I do need the bits, bit I was expecting them by today so I could use them. She says" Whatta ya want me to do"? I asked if they could somehow get it to me faster? She said let me check and called me back 45 minutes later s
