I do not write reviews but, I was motivated to write one for Jonathan and Donovan's Locksmith! I needed to get my 2 new truck FOBs programmed but, did not want to have to use the dealer, make an appointment, and wait! I found Donovan's Locksmith but, could not find any reviews?? I finally found one -- and, it was a bad review. I reached out to Donovan's to confirm they program FOBs and to find out how much they charge. I was given a price that I was happy with and asked them why only 1 review -- especially since it was a bad review. Jonathan explained the situation and I decided to give them a chance. Very glad I did!! The price he quoted was a bit more than the dealer was going to charge but, he did two FOBs for the price of one!! And, for the dealer to do it, I had to make a service appointment and wait for it to be done. Jonathan came to my house and did it while I was able to continue working! Bottom line, the service was great and will definitely tell my friends and use him again. As a bonus, he also cut me a new key that I could use to hide on the outside of my truck - no charge!!
