Pilates studio offering Yoga-Pilates fusion, therapeutic and corrective exercise. Conni Ramsey brings a background in corrective therapy, exercise fundamentals and a deep understanding of anatomy to her Pilates practice. She specializes in helping clients with problems such as sports injuries, arthritis, chronic pain and fibromyalgia. By working with each person's existing abilities and listening to their needs, she identifies the best approach to improving their fitness and achieving their goals. Her energy, skill, insight and sincerity are legend among her clients. Conni's background includes nine years as a resident instructor at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico, where she was an integral part of the Ranch's evolving Pilates program during the 1990s.
