We have used Depew for over 10 years. Be aware that they are scamming customers! 3 years ago, they replaced a very expensive part of my boiler without my consent and I was forced to pay for it despite my arguments. They mislead you to believe they have a good contract. It only covers a discount for labor and it covers the bare minimum on parts. On one occasion, their repair man took 3 hours on labor, but it was only because he didn’t know what he was doing. He kept calling other people and trying different things. But I got stuck with the bill for his inexperience. Last, I had a tune up done a month ago. They changed the filter only to claim that a month later it would need to be changed again. Depew stated I got a discount from $175 per hour to $141 for 30 min labor. They don’t stand behind their work! I don’t recommend them at all.
