Don't let him set foot on your property. Hired him to do HVAC on a new addition and he only showed up when he felt like it. He was supposed to show up at the end of January to install the furnace for the sheetrockers and it took over three weeks to finish. The AC wasn't finished until halfway through the first heat wave of the season. This winter, I noticed a drip on the floor beside the condensate pump of the furnace. The exhaust pipe for the furnace was leaking at one joint. HE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO GLUE THE FURNACE EXHAUST PIPE TOGETHER! He came over to fix this but then had the nerve to charge us $70 to turn the furnace back on. This morning (one month later) I had another drip in the same location. He had glued the one joint that was leaking when he was hear but didn't bother to glue the other six joints in the rest of the pipe. DON'T HIRE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING. HE ALSO CLAIMS TO BE AN ELECTRICIAN, JUST IMAGINE WHAT YOU'LL GET WITH WIRING IF HE CAN'T EVEN GLUE PIPE TOGETHER.
