Don't use this guy! In April of 2010 I called Elite Pools, LLC on the recommendation of a friend to open my pool and service it for the season. The owner, Angelo Uttracchi asked me to e-mail a picture of my pool so he could see what it was and give me an estimate of the cost. I never heard back from him. After several weeks of leaving him voice mails and e-mail I finally asked my friend what the problem was and was told "He can't be bothered". So I let the matter drop and found a new pool guy. However, several months later I find he is using the picture of my pool on his Facebook business page to promote his business. After asking him to please remove it I got his reply of "How do you know that's your pool? It's not your pool" & he promptly blocked me from seeing his page. My friend told me that he had removed the picture. That is until he surfaced again on Feb. 4th, 2013, almost 3 years later with the picture of my pool as his profile picture and once again on his new business web site. After asking him to remove it again, I get no answer. After asking again, I get a reply of him calling me a "S*ut" He then proceeded to tag my picture to his friends and mocked me with the picture of my pool. Facebook won't do anything about it since they say he is not violating any terms of service. He is unprofessional in every aspect. I am not sure what Business address he is using, The most recent one I have is the 527 Centre St, Nutley, NJ 07110. It seems the 88 William Street is closed.
