Kitchen express has the most horrific customer service we have ever experienced. Greg Marvin, the owner, stated that his age was the reason why we were receiving such disgusting service. He was unavailable and said their business is booming with Case Supply going out of business so he didn’t really care about our business. He was incapable of having a rational conversation and hung up on me when I was trying to express our experiences and concerns. If this is how they treat clients, then I can’t imagine what happens when issues arise with their cabinetry.
