Don't go. The same thing happened to me as the previous review. I had never replaced the battery on my watch. I looked like new. When I first went to the store, the owner said that the watch was a bit difficult to get into - so to leave it with him for a couple of days. I reluctantly agreed- even if my gut was telling me to run. The back of the watch was returned to me scratched due to someone trying to pry it open with a tool- may have been a Phillips head screwdriver. Pat, the owner, denied that he had scratched it. I don't believe him. I got him to give me my money back for the repair ($26), but I wonder how much it is going to cost to fix. The real problem is that the scratched seam has left a gap, and I'm scared that water will get into it and ruin the watch for good. Now I have to find a competent watch repair store - and God knows how much it will cost to fix or if it can be fixed. Watch is valued at well over $1,000. Pat - if you read this, when you don't know how to do something, don't take a Philips head to it. I would have happily gone somewhere else he had told me that he didn’t know how to fix it. I also did not appreciate the attitude and blatant insincerity..
