Mr. Erlich is a non chalant lawyer. Business like, no promises and straight to the point. I had a traffic violation that i was certain i did not do (aren't we all). I documented everything with pix and videos and was ready for a fight in court. Yea right. Do we have a chance when the referee is for the other team? Off course not. It's rare that a Judge who have often lunch with the prosecuter...will side with you even if you are right. Mr. Erlich explained to me that with his contacts in the local courts (mine was Marlboro, NJ) is pre-negotiation. And so it went. I presumably committed traffic violation X, the cop "was kind" to write me a ticket on violation Y (which would have award me with 2 points) and mr. Erlich agreed with the court on violation Z, which got me out without points (minor moving violation), and $90 fine. An off shoe benefit is the speedy hearing. You are 1st in line in the court and out of that unpleasant place in no time. I strongly recommend using Mr. Erlich.
