"Gourmet, and going to stay that way." Since 1976 we've used distinctive ingredients in our savory pizzas, sandwiches, pastas and salads At Minsky's, "Gourmet and going to stay that way" is more than just a slogan. Each Minsky's gourmet pizza is artfully made just for you. We start with our uniquely flavorful golden brown crusts: in both Original or Honey Whole Wheat. Order either as Thin and Crispy or delicious Deep Pan. (We also offer certified gluten-free options - just ask your server). All are blanketed with Minsky's own zesty house-made tomato sauce, lavished with layers of fresh-cut vegetables, loaded with the finest quality meats and aromatic seasonings and then topped off with 100% real mozzarella cheese. No wonder Minsky's is Kansas City's most award-winning pizza - every bite is a cheesy gourmet delicacy, loaded with flavor, just for you!
