I have always used Jim since i moved into my second home i grew up with all his children one was in my class and we were very close for whom i love and miss. But unfortunately my furnace has never worked right this my grandparents house and granpa was alittle thriffty i got in a bind and called someone else from widham/garrettsville area he was rude didnt fix the problem and said u know im giving u a discounted price cause i know ur parents and brother he left that day 450$ richer i still had no heat. So i called jim he came and in one day it was fixed for 175$ so always beware who u call in portage county me im stickin w/ jim
