I wanted to make sure I sent this out to all of you at Innovative Property. In 2012 my youngest daughter and I were in search of a new place as the one we lived at before became an unsafe place to live because of the home owner. We searched quite a few places and were just about to give up. Than in March of 2012 we seen a ad for an apt at Trentwood Apts, when we pulled into the parking lot and seen Shawn, I thought wow if someone is this friendly and out going this is a place I want to live. We seen the apt and immediately fell in love. We ended up getting the apt. That was 8 yrs ago and I have enjoyed living here immensely. Everyone has been great, Abby dealing with my crazy questions and addressing issues immediately, maintenance doing a good job, Shawn for keeping the apt building clean and the outside, last but not least is Jeff. It is great to know someone who takes such great pride in his buildings and grounds and truly cares for his tenants. I feel so blessed to live here Thank you to all of you for all you do Mary Casey
