Warning, Do not let this man into your house. We needed to do an appraisal of our home as part of a mortgage refinance. We let Ray McCarthy into our home to appraise for the bank. While here, he saw some reno work we did in the basement during Pandemic (when buildings dept was shut down) to make space for my 84 year old mother to move after she had had a stroke. After leaving my home, McCarthy then went to the town buildings department to rat us out. He not only told them that we'd done unpermitted work, he told the code department that we had an illegal apartment. This man is a wolf in sheep's costume.
