Brought my 4 year old laptop in after hard drive crashed, and after me replacing the hard drive myself i could not get the operating system or anything to work. Chad took it and went through and at first Chad thought the mother board was shot,meaning new computer. Chad asked if i could give him 2 days to recheck everything and found that i had screwed up the BIOS. Chad updated the Bios and loaded windows seven wich i had xp before. I was ready to just replace the laptop but Chad took the extra time to figure out my mistake and saved me the expense of a new laptop and further more he spent about 20 minutes answering my computer question. I was not charged for the operating system upgrade or his extra time finding the problem and answering my question. Will definetly use Chad and compufix again.
