Actually, I have had my TV repaired by this company 2 times. My question is, if they repaired it, why did it mess up again from the same thing???? I called and was told they only guarantee work service for 30 DAYS!! THANKS A LOT!!

Just to clarify todays tv sets are not manufactured as well as the old crt tv sets which would last a life time. Todays lcds,plasmas, and leds, only have a life span of about 3 to 5 yrs. However our warranty is always 90 to 180 days. In many cases we are very reasonable as far as warranty work is concerned if you item goes bad again from the same thing we will cover it even tho is has pass the warranty period. as long as it not unreasonable time frame. Example if we fix your set in January 2014 and it goes out in September 2014 from the same thing even tho it has pass the warranty period we will still help you and cover it under some warranty coverage. We are humans just like you and we always treat customers in the same manner we would like to be treated.
