My builder used this company for my stucco. I have a huge leak where the stucco has now failed and I cannot get this company or Osbaldo to come back out and fix it. I even offered to pay him for his time, but he just ignores my calls or answers and tells me they are on their way (and they never show up) now. This is an awful way to conduct a business and I am now drafting letters to builders I know to make sure they don't use LMJ stucco.

This company was chosen by my contractor to do the stucco and rock facade of our home. We experienced inconsistencies during the application. They appeared to be corrected. Now we have definite fading of our stucco. Beyond the fading, we have color disparities in the stucco. Some areas are tuning purple. I have asked someone to come look at it. They have made to appointments and not showed up. They have stopped answering the phone or returning my call. I would not recommend this company.
