I think they have crazy policies and care little for their customers. I sent my son into the store in Cape today to purchase solid red Christmas wrapping paper. I had seen an ad that if you purchase 1 roll @$4.99 you could purchase a second roll for 50% off. When he came back to the car and I saw that it was $4.99 roll I sent him back in to get the one for 50% off. The manager would not let him purchase it saying that the purchase had to be done with the original purcase that was 1 minute earlier. Sorry they are either cheap or lazy but I will not be shopping in the store anymore and have notified Hallmark, Inc. of my dissatisfaction.
