They shut my son's water off for being one day late.....it was a $7 bill. They are the worst water co I have ever had in my over 50 years......and their water is tainted, barely legal out here in Christian County, be nice if they were a little more kind to their customers, that pay their bills!

Worst company ever the old front desk lady is the rudest woman in customer service I have ever dealt with and u probably think I had a late payment nope this started when I went in to pay my deposit!!!! I'd pay double if I could switch its unfortunate that people like her ruin company names so fast as I told others did I mention I work in customer service and I talk to 100s of people and yes this is well known around nixa poor company owner
