I tried contacting the business over a billing issue and the woman controlling the phones was so rude. She kept hanging up and acting like she couldn't hear me. At one point she yelled. I was never able to get my issue resolved. She wouldn't even give me an email address to reach her. If it weren't for the issue, I would never work with Duncan trucking again.
