TLSR is a family-owned business - you deal with owners, not temporary salesmen. We perform roof repairs, brand new roofs, roof replacements, and associated window, guttering, siding, and structural repairs. Customer feedback is available to all, we never compensate for referrals (thus, we avoid tainting the testimony of our customers), and we DO NOT participate in "deductible assistance" schemes, which are highly illegal under Texas state law. When you have an insurance claim, we do not simply agree to do "whatever the adjuster says to do for whatever he says he will pay". We fully inspect your home/building, develop our own detailed item-by-item estimate using the same estimating database that the adjuster uses.
