ASSISTED LIVING: At “Manor" you are always at home even though your care needs may change. Our professional nursing staff will design a comprehensive personalize care plan to meet your needs. Our caring CNA's are dedicated to providing you with compassionate care. We provide you with supportive services such as bathing, grooming, medication management and laundry service so that you can maintain your independence. MEMORY CARE LANE: "Manor's" goal is to join the journey of our residents down their personal Memory Lane. We provide an intimate residential setting so we can get to know each of our Resident's personalities and customize our services to their individual needs. By fostering a strong relationship built on trust and quality service, our Caregivers assist our Residents in experiencing every day with as much freedom and independence as possible to both maintain and enhance their quality of life. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities tailor suited to their individual strengths. Memory Care Lane Residents receive all services and amenities as Assisted living Residents. Plus 24 hours-a-day 7 days-a-week supervision in a secured home-like environment.
