My daughter Jessie Gasser has had nothing but stress since she had to change her healthcare provided from Kaiser to Medicare\United..... She was refused treatment at first during the change of health providers then that issue was fixed thanks to Jessie making many stressful calls...to resolve the issue.. Now 11/1/2012 she is waiting... because the fron t desk said she was late and she was NOT!!!!!! The receptionist at the Park West facility are rude, uncaring and incompetent...At 39 weeks this is thoughtless and ridiculus treatment....
