Horrible, horrible, horrible service here. They USED TO BE good. Chris Hovey seemed like a good guy but when he was out on a day off I took my van in and the guys there did NOTHING they charged me almost $500 for. They SAID they fixed my brakes, but then as I was leaving the brakes FAILED in the parking lot. FAILED!! I could have been KILLED!! They didn't fix the brake (second mechanic outside said the brakes are almost GONE...weren't fixed). Power steering wasn't fixed...broken second day out. Took it back, they put more fluid in it, then it was broken again 24 hours later. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER UNLESS YOU TAKE VASELINE JELLY WITH YOU AND PREPARE TO BEND OVER as you get the bill.
