I cannot say enough good things about this small business. Russ, the owner, and his staff worked very very hard to resolve a technically challenging repair issue on our 5 year old Miele Capricorn. Once we saw there was an issue, Russ kept us informed as he troubleshot, replaced, and repaired parts. He informed us of his dialogue with Miele USA Service Support. In the end, Miele and Poway Vacuum & Sewing REPLACED, at no charge, our entire unit with a newer unit. OUTSTANDING. We have used PV&S for years for basic maintenance and regular service and that was always a pleasant experience. As a 5+ year customer they have always met or exceeded expectations. Tracy - San Diego
