This company has the WORST customer service! I ordered and it said next day delivery on their website. No package one day later, two days later, three days later. On the fourth day I emailed for an update...no reply...ever. It is now a week later and my order still hasn't shown up. This is the second time I have ordered from them...you can be sure it will be the last. The first time I ordered my order didn't come for six (yes, six) weeks. Again, I emailed and emailed and heard nothing back. After calling my credit card company to refund the order THEN I got the order two days later with RUSH delivery.

Have been to their place of business twice, now. If you are looking for GOOD, FRESH COFFEE, you can do no better than Ozark Mountain Coffee Co. The owner, Larry, prepares your order while you wait. Only takes a few minutes. Wide variety of coffees from around the world available in a variety of flavors, both decaf or regular. I am very pleased with the product as well as fast, friendly service!
