Do not use this butcher. Waited a year for my deer sausage and when it was finally done they tries to double charge me. When I confronted then about the price they lied and told me that each stick weighed two pounds when they only weighed one pound. they advertise dry cured sausage for three fifty nine a pound and charge you seven when you pick it up. crooks and liars. 2020
