Caveat Emptor. DO NOT USE ! My 87 y/o mother had them move 9 items app 1 mile, then the driver told her she needed to give a $200.00 tip. Owner contacted, was willing to refund the $200.00, but now Reina (yes the same that wrote comment earlier on another yahoo page for payless) runs interference and I am not allowed to speak with him. Refuses to call him on cel-phone and find out what happened to check. Says owner (Miguel) has nothing to do with claims. Didn't realize this was an insurance claim, but rather a problem with unscrupulous employees. Interesting that Miguel A. replied, who happens to be the owner of Payless4Movers. So it appears that The Moving Company is also known as Payless4Movers and Payless Movers.
