I did the stupidest thing: locked my dog in my bedroom and had no way to get in the night before we left to drive home for the Christmas holiday!!! I called 4-5 different locksmiths I found in the yellow pages and all the ones with the big ads that claimed they did 24 hour and emergency service didn't return my call. I only reached one live voice and they said no they wouldn't come out at all even though their ad read "24 hrs". Not only did Keith return my call, but he was at my door in 20 minutes and my dog was free within 5 minutes after he arrived; his rates were reasonable and he was very pleasant and accommodating. His ad is the smallest but he has the "largest customer service" of all the advertised locksmiths in the Lehigh Valley!!! I would recommend him to anyone for any job at all. Reliability and dependability are the best things for someone who's messing with the LOCKS in your life --that's for sure! K. Fortier
