I have been using this storage for approx. eight (8) years. Recently they went under a name change which I was unaware of. They have also moved their storage location to Norht Ft. Lewis within the past year. Last February '13 I was contacted via phone msg that my unit, among others, was involved in a break in. I have, since, been trying to get further information with no luck. I have also attempted to call back numerous times only to have someone hang up on me each time. I am planning to get legal assistance at this point as well as notify the Garrison CDR of this issue. I would NOT suggest this location for use until this issue is rectified.
