OMG I am so mad I can't see straight!! I went into Bob Evans in sunbury at 9:30 p.m. & ordered a cup of coffee & was told there was no coffee...I said what you have no coffee??? The girl said no we don't have any made and it takes 8 minutes to make it & we close at 10. I don't care if I walk in there at 2 minutes til 10 & ask for coffee, you take your LAZY A@@ & make it. I have worked in this bussiness for 17 years & in my day you were fired for incompetence. I was so mad I just drank water while my grandson ate the half sandwich & soup. In tipping I start at 20% & go from there either up or down. I figured if she didn't want to make me coffee then I didn't want to leave her a tip. I can't remeber when or if I have ever walked away & left absolutley nothing. As a family we go there once sometimes twice a week & most Tuesday evenings with my grandson. It's gonna be quite awhile before I walk in there again, I'm sure Denny's, waffle House or cracker Barrel will serve me coffee. One very upset coffee drinker!
