DON'T ever buy anything from this so-called company. My husband & I had to sue them due to them piecing together a horrible house! Bill Stepke was a joke. He is the owner of different modular companies in Traverse City, Kalkaska, etc. We went to court & there's a lien out there regarding him. (all of this is made available to the public) Take your time & do your homework. We also had a CD made of how horrible our home was. Mold throughout, falling apart cabinets, cracks throughout, countertops a joke. Bill-what goes around, comes around...don't ever forget it :)
