In the summertime of 2017, my friend and I was sitting towards the front of your bus. We was headed towards the New York Aquarium in Coney Island. The bus driver was rude and didn't care about Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services housing programs client's health and safety. It was extremely hot and all he did was to leave the doors open. The bus was old and raggedy. The engine was as old as methusla; if you know what I mean. Very extremely disappointed with your company and C.C.N.S., you're included in my proceedings also because your an affiliate with them too. Am I correct? Have a nice summer!
