This church welcomes ALL visitors no matter what you are or have been. I will encourage you to go to St. James A.M.E. and feel the love of JESUS and your brothers and sisters in CHRIST. Don't be concerned about putting on your best suit and shoes (always optional) bib overall's and boots are just fine. Go and experience a historical site, have an AMAN, and leave your worries behind. GOD made it possible for this church to remain open (in it's original dwelling) for over 130 plus years and his loyal servants will make sure there is a seat for YOU in his house.
