Exacta Apparel was started in 1972 by Humberto M. Gonzalez. Exacta manufactured uniforms and sportswear as well as doing cutting and sewing for Graff California. From 1985 until 1994, Gonzalez manufactured a blouse line named Elizabeth Anne. In 1994, Humberto M. Gonzalez incorporated as HGL, Inc. and created a new line of resortwear and beachwear named La Palapa. Gonzalez remains owner and president
