Serving boxed lunches, catering, and special events in the Greater Sacramento Area. Lunch Box Express opened in April of 2007, serving quality deli-style boxed lunches and buffet catering. The business now serves many thousands of catered events a year, ranging in size from just a few to over 5,000 in one sitting. While corporate boxed lunches and deli buffets are the primary business, LBE also serves large fundraising events, breakfast caterings, and hot luncheon buffets all over the Sacramento Area and Northern California. Very simply, we: • Make our ordering process easy and fast. • Prepare quality catered food and deliver it on time. • Display all of our caterings attractively. • Continually train and grow our staff as individuals. • Do such a great job, we can expect our customers to order again.
