Cave Spring First Aid & Rescue

Cave Spring Volunteer Rescue Squad provides emergency 911 services to southwest Roanoke County, Virginia. We respond to medical emergencies on evenings, weekends and holidays. We are comprised of an entirely volunteer staff. EMT Training is available each year, and we could use your help. No medical background is necessary.
