Our staff has obtained wetland permits for hundreds of development projects throughout northeast Florida. Most of our experience has been in assisting real estate developers with designing projects that maximize the amount of developable land. Areas of expertise include due diligence/feasibility studies, vegetative community mapping and monitoring, wetland delineation, mitigation planning and monitoring, protected species surveys and verification of tree surveys.
