I have been a regular customer already, and this time I took my Honda Civic, which has seen work here before, to fix a power window. At first, it was expensive, and I contemplated not fixing it. Then I shopped around and found the repair cheaper elsewhere. But Tokyo drops the $60 diagnosis when U fix the problem! They not only did that, but the manager decided to give me a discount so that they could make money, but more importantly, it would be more convenient for me at that point. They also finished the job much earlier than the estimated time! I highly recommend this place to ANYone needing car repairs! The window now works wonderfully--just like a new car!
