At Bob's processing we do an aray of retail meat packages, as well as custom and wild game processing. Our busy time of year is during the hunting months in which we usually annually do 170 to 200 elk, 100 deer, 100 antelope, 25 buffalo, and a vast majority of the wild game taken here in southern colorado and northern new mexico.
