This place was great, a little gem tucked above Short Vine. Very friendly and helpful, they even sold LP records and other cool stuff. You had to climb a fight of stairs, lol, but it was worth it. Sadly the moral majority in Cincinnati rudely shut them down after harassing the Tip Top's staff and customers for months. Imagine shopping, attending an art show or going to see a legitimate movie and being worried about being arrested. Cincinnati's leaders were pathetic, backwards, narrow-minded and stupid.
