The other day I needed a belt for our vacuum cleaner. A simple purchase as you know.
I went to A1 Authorized Vacuum and you would have thought I was in there to purchase a $300 cleaner. This place gets it!! Treat a customer with the most minor purchase as if they are your most important customer of the day. So many businesses have fallen into the lack of true "customer service" and forget about how future business is generated.
As a member of the electronic media for all of my adult life I know that dealing with the public can be trying at times but we must never forget about those who make our businesses work!
A standing ovation to the owners and management of A1 Vacuum as from this simple purchase they have made a customer for our next major purchase of a vacuum cleaner.
